Upcoming Events and Performers

Sebastian See-Schierenberg and Susana Galvan are currently posted to Myanmar (Burma) and as well as Susana continuing her role with the British council, Live4Music has already delivered a number of highly successful events in the country. A free event at the National Theatre which was delivered in parnership with the British Council, Myanmar Ministry of Culture, guest musicians Kyoko Koyama and Yunosuke Yamamoto, and televised by Skynet with a live capacity audience of 1700 was received with great acclaim.

Further events were held at locations in Yangon University, the first such events for many years due to the opening up of the country. And we delivered 3 concerts at schools in Yangon, continuing our work of encouraging young people to learn and enjoy the Arts.

The current Live4Music project is in the planning stage and involves performances and music lessons at schools for the blind and orphans in Yangon.
